Using NextMove

NextMove is provided for business use by the account holder. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for how you contact the people listed in your account.

Your responsibilities

You agree to follow the laws that apply to your outreach, including consent and messaging rules in your region. Do not use NextMove to store protected health information or to send unlawful communications.

Subscriptions

Free accounts include a limited number of active opportunities. Pro is billed through your app store account and renews until canceled. Cancelling stops future billing and keeps access until the end of the current period. Downgrading never deletes your records.

Availability

We work to keep NextMove available and accurate, but the service is provided as is. Recommendations are guidance based on your own data, not a guarantee of results.

Ending your account

You can stop using NextMove at any time and request deletion of your data.
