NextMove stores the account information you provide (email and name) and the opportunity records you create, including contact details, values, stages, notes, and activity history. We also record basic product usage events so we can understand which features help people recover revenue.
How your data is used
Your data is used to run the app: prioritizing opportunities, generating recommendations, and showing your revenue results. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your customer records with advertisers.
Where it lives
Records are stored in an encrypted managed database and are isolated per account. Only your signed-in account can read or write your records.
Sensitive information
NextMove is a customer relationship and revenue follow-up tool. It is not a medical records system. Please do not store diagnoses, treatment notes, or other protected health information in the app.
Your choices
You can edit or delete any opportunity at any time. To delete your account and all associated records, contact us and we will remove them.
